ONE ON ONE

Sex and Intimacy Coaching is actually a hands-on, experiential modality, very different than traditional talk therapy. Will we talk about emotions?  Of course, because they are the foundation of intimacy, but it doesn’t end there. We will also practice interactions, trying new approaches, to actually help you improve upon your skills, as well as to develop new ones, when it comes to emotional and erotic intimacy. 

My goal is to equip you with the verbal and physical tools that will empower you to significantly enhance your life and in a much shorter timeline than traditional talk therapy. As humans, we learn by doing so I will practice with you, in a boundaried enviroment, how to be vulnerable, how to confidently express your desires, and how to give others the opportunity to do the same, which will ultimately enhance your intimate relationships. 

Since this is a more immersive practice than traditional therapy, sessions are 75 minutes.
