A Sex Coach is a trained professional who guides and educates you around issues related to sex, intimacy, and relationships. They help you solve problems such as sexless marriage, low libido, and sexual dysfunction, and can teach you to achieve your full erotic potential. 

In sex, we use both our minds and our bodies.  Somatic simply means "relating to the body, especially as distinct from the mind" so we combine a mind and body approach in this modality, since our emotional state can both negatively and positively effect our physiological state.

We seek out coaches to help us improve every aspect of our lives: health, fitness, business and finance. So, why wouldn’t we also seek a coach to help us create the most fulfilling sex life possible?  

There are no limits to what we could discuss and uncover but here are some examples:

• Uncovering your Core Sexual Desires (and where they stem from) then mastering the art of articulating and achieving those desires 
• Facing and overcoming feelings of shame around your sexual wants and needs
• Venturing into new or unexplored aspects of your sexuality or sexual identity, which can look like:

                             * Embracing overall sex positivity 

                             * Exploring kink/BDSM/fetish play

                             * Dirty Talk

                             * Knowledge and comfort around sex toys

                             * Discovering your place on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum

                             * Gender identification

• Navigating personal boundaries and practicing consent 
• Crafting the relationship structures that resonate with you: monogamy, consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, or inventing your ownunique approach 
• Breaking free from limiting beliefs and societal norms 
• Tools for enhancing relationship dynamics and fostering open communication 
• Navigating sexual and intimacy challenges during life transitions (relationship shifts, divorce, aging, etc)

No, this coaching modality does NOT actually involve having sex. While there are sexological body workers and sexual surrogates, a Sex Coach will not be having sex with their clients.  All sessions are done fully clothed and we adhered to strict legal and ethical boundaries.  However, it IS an experiential practice so a coach can use hands-on methods to teach sexual skills.  For instance, they are trained to practice certain types of erotic touch and can demonstrate these skills with a consenting client while giving guidance and feedback for the benefit of learning how to use these skills with their non-practitioner relationships. 

Unlike a Sex Therapist, who might focus on resolving past traumas or dysfunctions, a Sex Coach provides actionable tools to overcome sexual roadblocks. Sex coaches can offer a range of unique benefits to their clients, from helping them become more accepting of their deepest desires, to understanding boundaries, and learning seduction tools.

We are all naturally sexual beings so I do not put limitations on who I see.  I welcome people 18 and older who are male, female, non-binary, or trans.  If you were socialized as female or socialized as male, if you are penis owning or vagina owning or anything in-between.  I will work with anyone on the LGBTQA+ spectrum, as well as with individuals, couples, poly/non-monogamous groups.  

Unlike sex therapists, sex coaches don’t have to obtain additional degrees or complete internship hours. They only need to attend a training program (ideally provided by a certified and accredited institution), then complete their certification pathway.

There will be no fee for cancelling up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancelling within 48 hours will be charged a 50.00 fee. 

Cancelling within 24 hours will be charged a 100.00 fee. 

No show will be charged the full appointment fee.
