FOR COUPLES

Working with a Somatic Sex & Intimacy Coach, as a couple, provides you both the opportunity to share with one another, vulnerably, and practice listening empathetically, which is something that we all struggle to do, especially when we might be feeling perceived as "the problem." We will look at those cyclical issues that seem to be the most difficult to discuss and I will coach you on alternate ways to communicate your feelings, as well as alternate ways to hear what your partner is saying.  How we communicate with one other is essential for feeling heard, seen, cared for and, most of all, safe - all of which are needed in order to open ourselves up to sexual experiences that are truly erotic and fulfilling for everyone involved.

Once we can get beyond those communication barriers, we can then use some fun and playful exercises to truly learn how to effectively turn yourself and each other on.  We will practice asking for what we want and expressing what we don't want in ways that don't hinder the erotic experience, but rather keep it building!  Unlike traditional talk therapy, I will help you connect your mind and your body through breath work and touch so that you can effectively give and receive what feels best to you.  

Since this is a more immersive practice than traditional therapy and there is often  individual discovery needed in order to move onto the erotic, an initial couples' session is  

90 minutes. Subsequent sessions are 75 Minutes.
